This article explores the Ayurvedic law of like attracts like—a truth as ancient as the Vedas and as relevant as your next emotional trigger.
This is not a text about researches, medical proof, nor religious matters. It's about the universal power of recognizing the " alike" in everything surrounding us, including each other. We are given 5 senses in order to search for the "truth" in everything we see, hear, smell, taste and touch.
This is a transmission about Universal Knowledge—the kind that dances in the wind, lives in your cells, and reveals itself only when you feel it.
It’s about the cosmic law of similarity—what Ayurveda has always known. Like attracts like. And we attract what we are.

The Sensory Compass: Your Five Gateways to Truth
We are gifted five senses not just to survive—but to discern. To taste the truth. To hear it. To feel its vibration. And when something affects you—moves you, stirs you, calms you—it holds karmic weight. It’s alive. It’s called dravya in Sanskrit: matter imbued with energetic essence.
In Ayurveda, the senses aren’t just receptors. They are bridges to Universal Knowledge—your personal GPS for energetic compatibility, truth, and healing.
Sanskrit: The Language of Energy
Sanskrit isn’t just a language. It’s frequency. It carries the unbroken vibration of truth. To speak Sanskrit is to echo the voice of the cosmos.
Where modern languages explain, Sanskrit vibrates.
What the Ayurvedic Law of Like Attracts Like Teaches Us About Energy & Compatibility
We look at the same body—hands, feet, skin—and see vastly different things:
Some see flesh and bone.Others see divine geometry. Some only see function. Others, the soul.
But nobody sees the full picture. Because the full picture cannot be seen. It must be felt.
“It’s a matter of perspective,” they say.“It’s a matter of deep inner resonance,” I say.
The Ayurvedic View: You Are the Elements
Panchamahabhuta—the Five Great Elements—live within you:
Ether (Akasha) – subtle, smooth, porous
Air (Vayu) – dry, mobile, light
Fire (Agni) – sharp, hot, transformative
Water (Jala) – cool, soft, cohesive
Earth (Prithvi) – heavy, dense, grounding
These elements blend in unique proportions in each of us.This is your Prakriti—your elemental fingerprint.
You are a microcosmic cocktail of cosmic forces, echoing and mirroring the macrocosm in every breath.
Gunas: The Qualities We Live & Breathe
Each element carries gunas—specific energetic qualities that shape who we are and how we feel:
Ether: soft, subtle, smooth
Air: light, dry, mobile
Fire: hot, sharp, intense
Water: unctuous, cool, fluid
Earth: dense, stable, firm
Want more stability in life? Connect with Earth.Need more movement? Bring in Air.Healing isn’t just emotional—it’s elemental.
Energy Doesn't Lie—Only Minds Do
Compatibility in Ayurveda isn’t about personality tests. It’s about energy. What you eat, who you speak to, what you consume—you become it.
Like attracts like. But also: like increases like.Too much fire burns. Too much air scatters. Too much earth stagnates.
Balance is in the contrast. Wisdom is in the awareness.
Therefore, it all comes down to knowing yourself first and foremost .
Sure, understanding the concept of "Panchamahabhuta" works. But the ability to feel the Truth of your Being trough your 5 senses is THE real blessing in life.
Life is nothing else than experiential art. Have i not tried it all, or at least all that came my way so far, i couldn't have known what works for me or not. Information is food for the brain. It has to be filtered, chewed and digested, allowed to nourish and rejuvenate the body and the senses, to settle and deeply change us inside out. Only what deeply resonates must be kept. The rest, is just metabolic waste. And has to go to the toilet.
In Conclusion: You Are the Medicine, You Are the Mirror
Through the Ayurvedic law of like attracts like, we’re reminded that healing begins not with fixing—but with resonating.”
To know yourself is to reclaim your elemental truth. You are a sensorial mirror of this world—refining, reflecting, and refracting cosmic intelligence.
And when you see the “alike” in others—be it a tree, a tone, or a stranger—you see yourself.
This is not dogma. This is not science. This is resonance. This is Universal Knowledge. This is Ayurveda—before it was colonized, diluted, and boxed.
Like attracts like. And you, beloved, attract truth when you become it.
The best of me, to you,
E.T.
